Coffee grown at more than 1,600 MASL in the Comapala and Chicomuselo region, Chiapas. One of the highest altitudes that can be found in Mexico for this Typica Arabica bean.

The rich soil found in Chiapas at this altitude and with the predominant ecosystem produces a dense bean, concentrated in notes and with a full-bodied cup.

This SHG (Strictly High Grown) scored 83.5. It is a washed process with sun drying on patios. Notes of chocolate and fruits stand out, with a citrus acidity that flashes in medium roasts and is low when roasted for espresso.

It is the most requested coffee for daily use in home or office coffee makers, by those looking for a high-quality bean with balanced notes, aromas, and acidity.

FAQ

What is the roast type of the coffee?

Our roasting range is measured with an Agtron meter, which tells us the exact roast level of each batch and is the same one that appears on your coffee label. You should know that each batch roasted requires a specific roasting profile depending on whether it is a natural or washed coffee, as well as its moisture and density. The magic of our coffee lies in the personalization and professionalism given to each "batch" that is roasted. In general, our specialty coffees range from a medium roast, and European selection coffees are medium-dark roasted. To get a clearer idea of the roast level of each, you can read the description of each product and find out the type of roast for each one.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the product and the destination postal code. A window will appear for you to quote your shipping before proceeding with your payment. There you can enter your delivery postal code, and it will calculate the shipping cost for your shopping cart. Rates in Mexico City are $69, in the State of Mexico $99, national shipping starts from $125, and express from $165.

Some of these rates may increase because courier companies have what are called extended, border, or high-risk zones that they do not frequent, deliver to only once or twice a week, or use an external provider for delivery.

If, for any reason, a shipping cost does not appear, or you are unable to place your order, please contact us by message or call at 5560637351 to place your order manually or to find another local courier service.

How much does each bag contain?

The presentations we have available are 100-gram bags for samples and sets of 5 and 10 samples. 250-gram bags, 1-pound bags, and 1-kilogram bags for all our specialty and European selection coffees. Kilogram bags and bulk options in our selection of commercial coffee.

Do all coffees qualify for promotions and subscriptions?

Practically all of them are included; there are some special editions that only come in 250-gram presentations, and in other cases, we mention the applicable restrictions in the promotions.

Where can I find the roast date?

The roast date is on your coffee label; we roast almost every day, and the roast date will be no more than 15 days old at the time of your purchase. Please allow for preparation and shipping time between roasting and when you receive your coffee.
